Your forkift class includes a digital license and evaluation form that will be available with your name and the date of the class at the end of your test.

If you wish to purchase a professional forklift license, printed on a plasitc ID card with your picture and forklift certification, this can be done for an additional $20.00 + speciality shipping (free for standard mail). While this is not a National OSHA requirement, some states require you to carry a forklift license and some companies may require this as well.

This license can be ordered directly from Forklift University and once you send in your headshot photo (selfie) it will take about 5-7 business days to mail out after we receive your photo. It is sent by regular mail unless you upgrade your shipping and is good in all 50 States.
